Good condition and clean. Waterproof. A few inside pockets. Double ventilation option on roof and bug netted windows. Hanger in middle of ceiling for torch etc. comes with footprint groundsheet, pegs, carry bag and brand new rainfly. Main groundsheet has a couple of small holes (see picture) which can be patched although if using the footprint groundsheet too will not be noticeable. Can be put up in less than one minute, very handy and robust. I dispatch fast via UPS or Parcelforce for a package of this weight.
